consult an actual physical certificate and you will submit it for the representative-agent to sell.

demand an actual certification and you will deliver it to some other agent-agent to sell; or
train their representative-broker and/or issuer to electronically move their security to the issuer into issuer to sell (of a lot issuers features apps set up to accommodate revenue requests) or to digitally relocate to other broker-dealer to market.
